How Instant List works 
Step 1:  Select Search Criteria
  • Decide what specific criteria you would like us to search.  Some examples of search categories would include: industry, function, title, and geography
  • See our Request form page for common criteria upon which to search
Step 2:  Contact Us
  • You can contact us by submitting your Request Form through this website or by calling us directly with your search criteria
  • Once we receive this information, we will generate a report with all names that match your criteria
Step 3:  Review Results
  • Within an hour, you will receive a list of contact names, each with the following fields of information: Company, Title, City and State, General Notes, and Last Modified Date.
  • At this point, you can decide how many of these names you wish to purchase 
Step 4:  Purchase Names
  • You can contact us via telephone or reply to our email to let us know which individuals you have selected
  • Once we receive payment [we accept credit cards], we will send you an updated list of your selected individuals which will now also include the additional fields: First Name, Last Name, Telephone Number, Email Address (when available), as well as the "Reports to" field.
